Sania Sets Record with 5.3 million Oaks Sale

Sales on the mainland shatter some records. Zadorozny sets record with 5.3 million Oaks sale. Speaking of records, Sania Zadorozny, a Realtor with McKenna & Associates Realty in Sarasota, has closed a $5.3 million sale at 120 Osprey Point Drive, which was sold by owner Ron Tilles to buyer William Rae. It is the highest price paid in the Oaks Bayside development by at least a $2 million margin, says Chuck McKenna, Zadorozny's boss.
