Chuck has been an integral part of the Sarasota Real Estate Industry for over a decade. His background includes extensive committee membership with the Sarasota Association of Realtors, several consecutive years of SuperStar awards from the Association, and over 75 million dollars of transacted sales in the Florida real estate market. He has written real estate articles for local Sarasota publications and has volunteered with several local charities. Chuck has also been named a Five Star, Best in Client Satisfaction, Real Estate Agent three years in a row, by Sarasota Magazine for 2006, 2007 and 2008.

He holds the highly regarded designation of CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, and is a Graduate of the Realty Institute. He is a Certified Relocation Specialist as well as a member of the Sales and Marketing Council of the Home Builders Association of Sarasota. He has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida since 1995. His hands on experience in the real estate field have put him in an ideal position to guide the Winning Team on Florida's West Coast. Chuck resides in Laurel Lakes with his wife Nancy, who is a licensed mortgage broker, and their two sons Mitchell and Clayton, students at Cardinal Mooney High School and Tatum Ridge Elementary.
